I adore this card design. I emboss the paper before cutting out the dress and also add lace at its end..oops, need to re-attach the loose end
I draw out the heart and then use a craft knife to cut out the shape. The background paper is actually gift wrap paper which is economical and comes in lots of designs. I prefer the non glossy papers. The words are alphabet rub-ons.

love the embossing, the heart and that swirls on that "window" looking card. Am thinking of going and have a look at your gadgets and those that you're selling and get some from you. My craft making is quite limited without much gadgets. So yeah. Saw a lot of cutting machines from craft magazines.
